Each quality is described and defined in detail, together with key inquiries to help bring each quality alive. The journey starts with embracing our own vulnerability and humanity. A reflective self-assessment map is included to help you to identify the capacities and qualities which you would like to invite more of into your life and work.
This Workbook is designed as a resource book, as a guide, as a companion and as a coffee table book, which you can dip in and out of as you need.
The 7Cs have been road-tested in an action research project at Guys and St Thomas’ Foundation Hospital in London and with coaches and coaching supervisors across the world. The article describing how the 7C’s work won the Highly Commended Award in the 2019 Coaching@Work Best Article Category. They are now used as part of the EMCC accreditation materials for accrediting Coaches and Supervisors.
